Do employees pay anything for their meals?

No personal payment is required. Meals are paid from the company-funded budget your employer sets.

Which delivery slots can I choose?

Pick 12:00, 13:00 or 14:00 when you order. Meals arrive grouped by department, floor or office zone, so you know where to collect yours.

Can I set allergies and dietary preferences?

Yes. Onboarding asks for your diet, allergies, goals and food preferences, and you can update them in the app. Allergen-friendly options are available in every menu category. atWork does not prepare meals. Partner kitchens are responsible for final quality and allergen accuracy. People with severe allergies check ingredients with the kitchen before ordering.

How do meal ratings work?

Rate each meal from 1 to 10. atWork learns from every rating to improve your daily recommendations, and partner kitchens receive dish suggestions based on what teams rate highest.

How are employee budgets set?

HR admins set daily or monthly budgets per employee, create team pools, and choose top-up and carryover rules in the HR dashboard.

How does billing work?

The company receives one auto-generated monthly invoice, as a PDF by email. You pay only for the meals your employees order.

What if my meal is late or not what I ordered?

Contact our support team at hello@atworkapp.co or +355 67 603 8187, Monday to Friday, Tirana time, and include your order details so we can look into it.
