When you order in the atWork app, you pick one of three delivery slots: 12:00, 13:00 or 14:00. Your meal arrives at the office in the slot you picked. Delivery to the office is free for every order.
Picking a slot and planning ahead
- Choose a meal from today's matches, then pick your slot.
- You can plan lunch up to 10 days ahead.
- Each office has its own delivery settings, including the slots it uses. Your HR team can tell you how your office is set up.
Where your meal arrives
Meals arrive grouped by department, floor or office zone, so you know where to collect yours. The app sends a notification when your meal arrives at the office.
If something goes wrong
If your meal is late or is not what you ordered, contact support at [email protected] or +355 67 603 8187, Monday to Friday, Tirana time. Include your order details so the team can look into it.
