For partners
Grow with daily corporate orders
Join atWork's local network of kitchens, restaurants, couriers and logistics partners. Grouped orders with set pickup times, every weekday.
The kitchen board of the restaurant console on a laptop: the day's portions, groups and what is ready for the courier, and a lane for each delivery slot with a card for each company's group, its status and, for a group nobody has started whose courier is close, a late risk. Sample data.
The home screen of the restaurant console on a phone: whether the kitchen is taking orders, the wait for the next courier with the status of each group, the day's figures, how full each delivery slot is, and one alert that needs the kitchen. Sample data.

The restaurant console
Run the day from one board
Every company's order is grouped by delivery slot. Move each group along with one action, tick each portion as it is packed, and see which group is at risk of running late.
On the web
Kitchen boardTry it
The kitchen board of the restaurant console: today's groups of meals, one for each company and delivery slot, in a lane for each slot. Each group has one action for its status, and a late risk is shown on a group nobody has packed whose courier is close. Choose a group to see its steps and tick its portions, and read the cook list at the foot. Nothing is sent.
On this screen you can
- Move a group along with the one action it has, from start cooking to hand to courier
- Tick the portions of a group in its packing check before marking it ready
- Filter the groups by status
- Open a group to see its portions

On the phone
Orders on your phoneTry it
The kitchen board on a phone: a tab for each delivery slot, the courier's wait for the slot, a card for each company's group with the one action of its status, and the dishes to cook for the slot, each of which can be marked as cooked. Nothing is sent.
On this screen you can
- Choose a delivery slot
- Move a group along with the one action it has
- Mark a dish as cooked
Hand over a groupTry it
One group of the kitchen board on a phone: its courier wait, the portions to tick as they are packed, a button to print its labels, and the one action of its status. Handing a group to the courier opens a sheet that asks to confirm. Nothing is printed and nothing is scanned.
On this screen you can
- Choose a group
- Tick each portion as it is packed
- Print the labels of the group, as a preview
- Hand the group to the courier once it is ready

Everything around the board
Labels, plan and menu
Print a label for every portion, see the week ahead against your capacity, switch dishes on and off by day, and fix an alert with one action. The numbers are a sample.
On the web
Print centerTry it
The print center of the restaurant console: choose what to print (a label for each portion, the kitchen sheet or a list for each bag), a delivery slot, the groups and the copies, and see a preview of the label with its pickup code, the person's first name and initial, the dish, its allergens and its energy and protein. Print opens a dialog that says nothing is printed.
On this screen you can
- Choose what to print
- Choose a delivery slot
- Choose the groups and preview one
- Choose how many copies
- Press print and read what a preview does
Plan the weekTry it
The plan of the week of the restaurant console: the portions expected of each dish on each day as a heat map, a chart of each day against the kitchen's capacity with a safe line, a panel for the chosen day with the one fix for a day over the line, the prep list for the day and an order for each supplier. The numbers are a sample, an illustration of the layout. Nothing is sent.
On this screen you can
- Choose a day to plan
- Cap a day's orders at the safe line
- Tick the prep list as it is done
- Send an order to a supplier, as a preview
Menu and availabilityTry it
Reviews and alertsTry it
The reviews and alerts of the restaurant console: the rating on a scale of one to ten with how many reviews gave each score, the alerts that come with the action that fixes them (a dish whose rating fell below your alert level, a missing item reported more than once, a group that came late), the packing check that a fix adds to, the alert settings as a sample, and the anonymous reviews by order number. Fixing an alert changes the packing check on the screen and nothing outside it.
On this screen you can
- Fix an alert with the action it comes with, and undo it
- Change the alert level and which alerts are on
- Filter the reviews by score
Capacity you setTry it
An example of the capacity control of the restaurant console: two steppers, for the portions a slot can take and the portions an hour can take, the delivery slots a kitchen takes, and a chart of what each slot sends against the safe line. A slot sends the smaller of its own limit and half the hourly limit, because two slots share an hour of cooking. The numbers are a sample.
On this screen you can
- Change the slot limit
- Change the hourly limit
- Switch a delivery slot on or off

Reviews on a phone
The reviews of the restaurant console on a phone: the rating on a scale of one to ten with how many reviews gave each score, the one alert that comes with its fix, and the latest anonymous reviews by order number. Sample data.
Alerts on your phoneTry it
The alerts on a phone: one list for the orders and the quality of the kitchen, a filter, an alert for a dish whose rating fell below the alert level, a missing item or a late group with the action that fixes it, a dismiss on each alert, mark all read, and how the team is reached. Fixing an alert changes the screen and nothing outside it.
On this screen you can
- Filter the alerts
- Fix an alert with its action
- Dismiss an alert, and undo it
- Switch how the team is reached

Be seen at lunch
A promoted dish always says so
A kitchen can choose to promote a dish inside the app. A promoted dish carries a visible Sponsored label wherever it appears.
A dish card as it appears in the app when the kitchen has chosen to promote it: the dish with a visible Sponsored label beside its name. The label is always shown.
