How health data and consent work

Dietary preferences, allergies and restrictions are processed only with the employee's consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

Updated

Employees set their diet, allergies, goals and food preferences when they start using the atWork app. Dietary preferences, allergies and restrictions are processed only with the employee's consent, and the employee can withdraw it at any time.

What your company sends and what HR sees

Under the Privacy Policy, the data atWork receives from employers is employee name, employee ID, work email, budget allocation, department and office location. Dietary preferences, allergies and restrictions come from the employee's own profile and are processed with consent.

HR sees usage, popular meals, satisfaction and budget reports.
