How to rate a meal

Rate each meal from 1 to 10 in the app. atWork learns from every rating to improve your daily recommendations.

Updated

After lunch, you can rate each meal in the atWork app on a scale from 1 to 10. A rating takes a moment, and it shapes what the app shows you next.

What your rating does

  • atWork learns from every rating to improve your daily recommendations.
  • The next day's ranking reflects what you actually enjoyed. For example, if you rate a Low Carb dish highly, similar dishes rank higher next time.
  • Partner kitchens receive dish suggestions based on what teams rate highest, so the menu keeps moving towards what people enjoy.

Ratings are one signal among several

The matching also looks at your diet, allergies, goals, taste preferences, variety and the day's menu. Your profile tells the app where to start, and your ratings help it get better from there.

atWork does not prepare meals. Partner kitchens are responsible for final quality and allergen accuracy. People with severe allergies check ingredients with the kitchen before ordering.
