How the audit log records admin actions

Updated

Admin actions in atWork are recorded in an audit log, so the company can see who changed what and when.

What it records

Every admin action is recorded, from a budget change to a new user. The log goes together with role-based access: each role sees only what it needs, and what an admin does with that access is on record.

Why it matters

A meal benefit touches every employee in a company. When admins can change budgets, people and locations, the audit log gives the company a record of those changes.

What this article does not cover

The help center does not describe the layout of the audit log, how long entries are kept or how to export them. If you need more detail, contact the support team at [email protected].

To read more about access, see how role-based access works and who can access the HR dashboard.
