The atWork app is where employees see the daily menu and order lunch. It is available for iOS and Android, on the App Store and on Google Play. The employee page has the links.
Signing in
Use the account your employer provides. There is no personal payment and no card to add, because meals are paid from the company-funded balance.
If you have not received an account yet, ask your HR team for access. atWork is offered by employers, so your company needs to be on atWork first.
HR admins sign in to the HR dashboard and partners sign in to the partner portal. The sign-in page has a route for each of the three.
Forgot password
The help center does not describe a password reset. If you cannot sign in, ask your HR team, or contact the support team at [email protected] or +355 67 603 8187, Monday to Friday, Tirana time.
After you sign in
Onboarding asks about your diet, allergies, goals and food preferences, so the app can rank each day's meals for you. atWork does not prepare meals. Partner kitchens are responsible for final quality and allergen accuracy. People with severe allergies check ingredients with the kitchen before ordering.
