How a programme starts without capital expenditure

Updated

There is no kitchen to build and no hardware to install, so a programme can start without capital expenditure. Local partner kitchens cook every meal, employees order on their phones in the atWork app, and meals arrive at the office.

What you do not need to buy or build

  • No kitchen, and no staffing for one
  • No hardware to install in the building
  • No setup fee
  • No delivery fee, because delivery to the office is free
  • No minimum order

How a programme gets going

  1. Define your policy: budgets, delivery days and who is eligible, per team or office.
  2. Invite employees. Upload the roster or share a company code, and employees join in the app.
  3. Employees order. They spend the company balance, with no receipts and no reimbursements.
  4. Monitor everything. Track spend and engagement live, and pay one invoice at month end.

For a company with several offices, atWork proposes starting with one office, learning from it, then extending site by site. Timing depends on the number of offices.

Start small if you want to

There is no minimum order, so you can begin with one team or one office. Book a demo to talk through your own setup, or read what atWork is and how it works.
