How orders are grouped
Orders arrive in the atWork partner app, grouped by kitchen, zone and time slot. Employees choose a delivery slot of 12:00, 13:00 or 14:00 when they order, and the batches follow those lunch slots.
Pickup times
Pickup times are suggested by the atWork dispatch system. For couriers and logistics partners, grouped, multi-stop routes are planned around the lunch slots. Couriers bring meals to the door, grouped by department, floor or office zone.

Orders, menu and sales analytics are in one app. It runs on a tablet or phone, so partners do not need special equipment.
