The challenge
OTP Bank wanted to give its 444 employees a proper lunch every working day. The traditional route, a canteen, would have meant building a kitchen inside the bank and then running it, with staff, equipment and fixed costs that stay the same however many people eat.
At the same time, employees wanted variety. A fixed daily menu quickly becomes repetitive, and leaving the office to find something better can take up to 45 minutes a day.

What the bank was looking for
- No kitchen to build inside the bank and none to manage
- Real variety for employees, every day
The solution
OTP Bank chose atWork to run its meal benefit end to end. Every employee receives a company-funded budget and orders lunch in the atWork app, from a menu that changes every day. Local partner kitchens cook, local couriers deliver, and HR follows the whole programme from one dashboard.
- Company-funded budgets.HR sets the budget per employee and can add top-up and carryover rules. Employees make no personal payment.
- A daily-changing menu.80+ new meals every week across 6 categories, from High Protein to Low Carb, with meals ranked for each person by AI.
- Grouped delivery.Employees pick a 12:00, 13:00 or 14:00 slot, and meals arrive grouped by department, floor or office zone.
- HR dashboard.Real-time usage, popular meals, satisfaction and budget burn, with reports by division, location, category and time slot.
- One invoice. One auto-generated monthly invoice for the whole programme, sent as a PDF by email.
