Our story

It started with up to 45 minutes lost every day

Employees lose up to 45 minutes a day looking for lunch. They leave the office, wait in line, compare options and come back later than planned. Multiply that by every person and every working day, and lunch quietly becomes a real cost for the company.

The usual fixes each come with a catch. Catering means minimum orders, fixed menus and long-term commitments. A canteen means building a kitchen and running it, with fixed overhead whether people eat or not. Vouchers cost the same whether they support a healthy lunch or not.

atWork takes a different route. Every employee gets a company-funded daily food budget and orders in the atWork app. Local kitchens cook, meals arrive grouped by department, floor or office zone at 12:00, 13:00 or 14:00, and HR sees everything in one dashboard with one monthly invoice. No kitchen to build, no hardware to install, no minimum order.

What we stand for

Our values

Four principles behind how we build atWork, choose our partners and serve every client.

  • Local first

Every meal is cooked by local kitchens and restaurants and delivered by local logistics partners and couriers. Supporting local business and the local economy is core to atWork.

  • Health by default

Every meal shows its macro split, allergen-friendly options exist in every category, and our AI keeps variety high. Health data is used only with the employee's consent.

  • Zero effort for HR

No kitchen to build, no hardware to install, no minimum order. HR sets budgets once, then works from a real-time dashboard and one auto-generated monthly invoice.

  • Transparency

Companies pay only for meals that are ordered. Spend, usage and every admin action are visible in reports and an audit log, and every meal can be rated from 1 to 10.

100% local supply chain

Every meal is cooked and delivered by local businesses

atWork works with local kitchens and restaurants, local logistics partners and local couriers. Every lunch a company orders supports the local economy.
