What atWork is and how it works

atWork is a corporate meal benefit: employees get a company-funded budget, partner kitchens cook, atWork delivers and HR manages it in one place.

Updated

atWork is a corporate meal benefit platform. Each employee gets a company-funded meal budget, meals are delivered daily to the workplace, and HR manages everything in one place. Local partner kitchens cook, and atWork delivers, bills and reports.

How it works

  • HR sets up the company, registers teams and offices, and sets a daily or monthly budget for each employee.
  • Employees order in the atWork app from a daily-changing menu and pick a delivery slot of 12:00, 13:00 or 14:00.
  • Meals arrive together, grouped by department, floor or office zone. Delivery to the office is free.
  • HR sees usage, spend and satisfaction in one dashboard, and the company pays one monthly invoice.

What employees get

The menu has 300+ dishes from 15 partner kitchens in Tirana, with 80+ new meals every week across 6 categories. Each employee sees the meals matched to their diet and goals first.

What the company does not need

There is no kitchen to build and no hardware to install, and there is no setup fee, delivery fee or minimum order.
