Multi-site management
One programme, every office
atWork is built for companies with more than one address. Add each office to the same programme, decide how it receives meals and how its budgets work, and manage it all from one HR dashboard.
Per-location delivery settings
Each office has its own delivery settings: the slots it uses (12:00, 13:00 or 14:00) and how meals are grouped, by department, floor or office zone. A new site joins the same programme and is configured in the same dashboard.
Budgets and reports by location
Set daily or monthly budgets per employee, team pools, top-up and carryover rules, and apply them site by site. Reports break down usage and budget use by division, location, category and time slot.
One monthly invoice
However many offices you run, finance receives one auto-generated monthly invoice, as a PDF by email. The location-level detail sits in the reports, ready for cost allocation by site.
Role-based access
HR, finance and site managers each get the view their role needs: HR runs budgets and people, finance sees spend and invoices, managers follow their own teams. Every admin action is recorded.

How we propose to roll out, site by site
Every organisation is different, so the plan is agreed with you. This is the sequence atWork proposes for a multi-site programme: start with one office, learn from it, then extend.
Kick-off and policy setup
We agree the budget policy with HR and finance: daily or monthly budgets per employee, team pools, top-up and carryover rules. Together we map your offices, teams and the people who need access.
First office live
One office goes first. Employees download the app, sign in with the account you provide and set their diet, allergies, goals and preferences. Meals arrive in their chosen slot, grouped by department, floor or office zone.
Roll out site by site
Further offices join the same programme with their own delivery settings, budgets and report owners. Each new site is one more location in the dashboard, and everything still lands on one monthly invoice.
Quarterly review
Each quarter we review usage, popular meals, satisfaction and budget burn with you, site by site, and adjust budgets and rules where the numbers say so.
Timing depends on the number of offices.
