How do employees join?

You share the employee list once. Each person downloads the atWork app and signs in with the account the company provides. No personal payment is needed.

Can budgets follow our own rules?

Yes. Clients use a fixed monthly budget, a budget that follows the days each person works, or pay only for what is spent. Unused budget can carry over or reset each month.

What about allergies and diets?

Employees set their diet and allergies in the app, and the meals that fit come first. atWork does not prepare meals. Partner kitchens are responsible for final quality and allergen accuracy. People with severe allergies check ingredients with the kitchen before ordering.

What does activation cost?

Nothing. There is no setup fee, no delivery fee and no minimum order. The company funds the meal budget and pays only for meals ordered.
